Fantasy & Handicapping Contests

Rules:

• Players must choose ONE of the possible finishing places per horse each race.
• All players who have made at least 1 cash deposit in their account may receive an entry on the house to participate on a given contest, at the discretion of the house.
• As standard, each additional entry will have a cost of $5.00, which will be deducted from the account balance on the spot.
• The player with the highest number of scored points will win.
• The contest players must enter their picks early, the earlier the better. This will be used as the tie breaker in the event two or more players end up having the same number of correct scores. If a tie persists between two or more players, the prize will be split between the number of winning players.
• Each of the pool will close as soon as each race starts.
• The amount won by the player(s) will be deposited in their account, within 72 hours after the completion of the last listed game.
• Pools are regarded as final upon submitting. No cancellations or changes will be permitted.
• In those cases where submitted pick entries featured incorrect lines, team setup mistakes or similar make-up errors, the entire entry will be regarded as No Action and all corresponding stakes will be refunded to the player.
• For claim purposes, players are required to provide the Pool Number given upon pool entry confirmation.
• Any Scratches = 0 points.
• The house reserves the right to chance, amend these rules, or cancel the promotion without any previous notice.

Point System

Prizes are awarded based on point totals earned according to the following chart:

Players will be able to check their point totals by logging into their accounts. Point totals will be updated after every race. Points are non-transferable.

Prize Structure

Cash Prizes will be determined by correct picks in the board and the cumulative total of points scored by each contestant. In the event of a tie, prizes will be split amongst the winners in equal shares, only 1 prize will be awarded.

For instance: If the 1st place is a tie, we will split the top two prizes ($2500 + $1000) and give each player $1750, same holds true for a tie on the 2nd place ($1000 + $500) = $750 each player, a tie on the 3rd place would mean $250 per player. Winners will be notified by E-mail. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to keep his/her E-mail information in their account up-to-date and accurate. If after thirty (30) calendar days the winner fails to acknowledge their prize, their winning entry will be forfeited.

In the event of a scratch, 5 points will be awarded.

All cash and prizes will be awarded in USD (United States Dollars) with a 5x rollover. Free bets will carry a 3x time rollover.

JAZZ reserves the right to replace the prizes with products of similar value for any reason and in the event of unforeseen problems with product availability, timings, dates or distribution.

Acceptance of prizes for the contests, 1st Place, 2nd Place and 3rd Place constitutes permission for Jazz Sports .ag to use the prize winner's name, image, video, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and general location (city, state, country) worldwide and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

Potential Grand Prize Winner

One (1) grand prize will be awarded to an eligible Entrant only if he/she accurately predicts the outcome of all fishing horses in the race. The Grand Prize (as hereinafter defined) will only be awarded if an eligible entrant submits a Perfect entry (the "Grand Prize Winner"). If more than one (1) eligible Entrant submits a Perfect Entry and each is confirmed as a Grand Prize Winner, the Grand Prize will be equally divided among the Challenge's Grand Prize Winners, with each Grand Prize Winner entitled to the Grand Prize Winner's proportionate share of the Grand Prize regardless of the whether the Grand Prize Winner elects the Annual Payment Option (defined below) or the One-Time Payment Option (defined below). For example, if there are two (2) Grand Prize Winners, each Grand Prize Winner will be entitled to elect either 50% of the Annual Payment Option or 50% of the One-Time Payment Option.

IF NO ELIGIBLE ENTRANT SUBMITS A PERFECT ENTRY, THE GRAND PRIZE WILL NOT BE AWARDED.

Grand Prize: The grand prize ("Grand Prize") will consist of one million dollars ($1,000,000) USD, payable over the course of ten (10) years in ten (10) equal annual installments of $100,000 ("Annual Payment Option"). The Grand Prize Winner has the option, in the Grand Prize Winner's sole discretion, to elect to receive a one-time payment of $250,000 USD via Crypto Currency ("One-Time Payment Option") instead of the 10 equal annual installments of $100,000.

THE GRAND PRIZE WILL NOT BE AWARDED IF NO ELIGIBLE ENTRANT SUBMITS A PERFECT ENTRY.

Prize Conditions: LIMIT ONE PRIZE PER ENTRANT. A Grand Prize Winner is not eligible to win a First Prize.

• The player with the highest number of correct picks will win the pot. Any tie will be regarded as a loss for the purpose of final pool grading.
• The NFL Pool players must include the Monday Night Game Total. This will be used as the tie breaker in the event two or more players end up having the same number of correct scores. The player with the total closest to the Monday Night Game final score will be declared the winner. If a tie persists between two or more players, the prize will be split between the number of winning players.
• The pools will close as soon as the first game of the pool begins, or at 12:01 am EST on the day listed as the starting date for the particular pool, depending on the sport and the league.
• If one or more games are suspended or cancelled before the game is official, said game(s) will be regarded as No Action for pool-grading purposes. If a game is suspended but is resumed on the same day, said match will be regarded as “Action” for all pool-betting purposes. In the case of baseball totals, games must go a full 9 innings, or 8.5 if the home team is winning.
• The amount won by the player(s) will be deposited in their account, within 24 hours after the completion of the last listed game.
• Pools are regarded as final upon submitting. No cancellations or changes will be permitted.
• In those cases where submitted pool entries featured incorrect lines, team setup mistakes or similar make-up errors, the entire pool entry will be regarded as No Action and all corresponding stakes will be refunded to the player.
• For claim purposes, players are required to provide the Pool Number given upon pool entry confirmation.
• JazzSports reserves the right to change or cancel the promotion without previous notice.

• NFL Survivor Contest begins Week 1 of the 2022 NFL Season and continues through Week 18; the postseason is not included.
• All players who have made at least 1 cash deposit in their account will receive an entry on the house to participate on the Survivor pool 2022.
• Available to recreational players from US & Canada.
• As standard, each additional pool entry will have a cost of $5.00, which will be deducted from the account balance on the spot.
• Each participating member will choose ONE NFL team each week. Once you select a team for a week, that team is not available for selection for the remainder of the contest.
• If a team is not available for selection this indicates the game has already locked, the team has been selected in a previous week or the team is on a ‘Bye’ week.
• Picks are made straight-up. Spread point lines will not be featured in this pool.
• If their pick is correct, they will survive until the following week.
• Incorrect picks will result in the player’s immediate disqualification, for the remainder of the season
• Participating members will be able to select their picks for the entire season at once or go week by week.
• If you do not select a team on a given week, your entry will be graded as a loss and eliminated from the contest.
• Picks are final once selected, and no changes or cancellations will be permitted.
• The goal is to be the last man standing at the end of the season.
• The contestant(s) that have entries remain alive, without selecting a losing team, is the Survivor Contest winner.
• The contest ends on Week 18 of the 2022 NFL season, or when there is only one contestant remaining; whichever comes first. i.e.: If three contestants remain in Week 16 and two contestants select losing teams, the remaining contestant is declared the winner.
• If multiple contestants remain alive after Week 18, they will split the prize evenly.
• Contest Prizes will be awarded 72h after Week 18 ends and not before.
• If a game results in a tie or is cancelled, the pick will be regarded as a win for grading purposes.
• The winner of the pool will receive a cash prize in the amount of $5000 USD. If more than one player makes it to the end of the season, the prize will be split among them in equal amounts.

• If the above requirement is not fulfilled contestants will be awarded 25% of the prize with a 5x rollover requirement and it may not be withdrawn until said requirement has been completed.

Each entrant in this contest, including, without limitation, each prize winner, hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless the JazzSports and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and its respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any and all contest prizes, participation in this contest and participation in any activity related to this contest.

If in JazzSports sole opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of this Contest, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of this Contest, JazzSports reserves the right to terminate the Contest and award all prizes to the persons who are winning at the time of termination, and/or disqualify any individual.

JazzSports reserves the right to terminate a user's privileges at our sole discretion. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access, impersonating another user, misrepresenting personal information, or general mischief may result in a user's termination. In the event of any dispute, our decision is final.

Rules:

• Players must choose ONE of the possible results for each game of its corresponding league. The options include team to win or draw (depending on sports league) and over/under totals.
• All players who have made at least 1 real money deposit in their account will receive a weekly entry on the house to participate on Fridays.
• As standard, each additional pool entry will have a cost of $5.00, which will be deducted from the account balance on the spot, to a maximum of 3 entries per week.
• The players with the highest number of correct scores will win the prizes. Any tie or game suspended, will be regarded as zero points for the purpose of final grading.
• If a tie persists between two or more players, the prize will be split between the number of winning players, accordingly, as explained below.
• The Pick’em contest will close as soon as the first game of the pool begins.
• If one or more games are suspended or cancelled before the game is official, said game(s) will be regarded as No Action for pool-grading purposes. If a game is suspended but is resumed on the same day, said match will be regarded as “Action” for all pool-betting purposes. In the case of baseball totals, games must go a full 9 innings, or 8.5 if the home team is winning.
• The amount won by the player(s) will be deposited in their account, within 72 hours after the completion of the last listed game.
• Pick’em contest are regarded as final upon submitting. No cancellations or changes will be permitted.
• Only 1 prize will be awarded per account/IP/household each week.
• Contest available to recreational players from US/Canada.
• We reserve the right to change, amend these rules, or cancel the promotion without previous notice.

The following table features the minimum time/play requirements for pool entry grading, on the basis of sports category.

Point System

Prizes are awarded based on point totals earned according to the following chart:

Players will be able to check their point totals by logging into their accounts. Point totals will be updated after every race. Points are non-transferable.

Prize Structure

Prizes will be determined by correct picks in the board and the cumulative total of points scored by each contestant. In the event of a tie, prizes will be split amongst the winners in equal shares, only 1 prize will be awarded per account.

Ties:
For instance: If the 1st place is a tie, we will split the top two prizes ($500 + $250) and give each player $375, same holds true for a tie on the 2nd place ($250 + $100) = $175 each player, a tie on the 3rd place would mean $50 per player. Winners will be notified by E-mail. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to keep his/her E-mail information in their account up-to-date and accurate. If after thirty (30) calendar days the winner fails to acknowledge their prize, their winning entry will be forfeited.
